Calm Abiding and Tibetan Yoga
In this class, we unify the knowledge of Tibetan Yoga which holistically balances, relaxes and energises, together with the practice of calm abiding meditation. These practices form a combination of techniques geared toward focus, concentration and observation which facilitate full conscience of oneself and all that surrounds us.
“You cannot meditate sitting on an ant’s hill”. The ant’s hill is a metaphor for a body full of tension and blockages.
Kum Nye and Tibetan Yoga exercises (which can take from 15 to 30 minutes per exercise) transform the negative mental and emotional patterns present, such as energetic blockages, helping us find balance and health in our current stressful lives.
